Den Hellige Dal Peru

Den Hellige Dal af Inkaerne eller Urubamba-dalen er en dal i Andesbjergene i Peru, 20 kilometer nord for Inkaernes hovedstad Cusco på det nærmeste punkt. Den ligger i den nuværende peruvianske region Cusco. Den naturskønne og historiske Hellige Dal er en stor turistdestination. I 2013 anslås det, at 1,2 millioner mennesker, hvoraf 800.000 ikke var peruvianere, besøgte Machu Picchu, dens mest berømte arkæologiske sted. Mange af de samme turister besøgte også andre arkæologiske steder og moderne byer i Den Hellige Dal.
